I’ve had this for over 6 months now, and it’s been a work horse. The Installation was incredibly easy, and I simply stuck it on the outside of my phone case, which isn’t MagSafe-compatible. Since then, I’ve been able to use it with my MagSafe wallet and easily swap it onto my dashboard for convenient hands-free use. The magnet holds really well and allows me to easily take my wallet on and off without any issues. The only time it doesn’t hold as securely is when the phone is dropped—the wallet tends to separate easily. The magnet isn’t the strongest, but it’s more than enough to keep my wallet in place during normal use. Overall, it’s been a reliable and effective solution for MagSafe compatibility!

One of the best Mag Safe ring add-ons. I compared this to others that my friends and family have, and mine by far is the strongest magnetic hold. The ring was super easy to install using the included plastic guide and looks great. Still looks decently new beside normal wear. If I didn't put it on my phone case, I would have thought it came built in.

This magnet is super nice its the strongest ive ever used and it works amazing, the surface got a little scratched up after a while but did not stop it from working great. For someone who often sticks their phone to metal beams or walls while working this is amazing because there is no chance it falls.

The magnets work great. Not the strongest I've used, (Rokform) but really it's the perfect amount. I have an S23 and you can get it to stay on some metal objects. It snaps into position very well and actually holds on accessories and mounts. I love the look and feel of it. I did have problems with the installation. It's not very clear where to put the ring. I assume the very center, but on my S23 that's not even possible because of the camera lenses. I used a metric tape measure and just got it as close as possible to one of my cases that came with a MagSafe ring built in. It's probably because I used a textured case, and it recommends you don't use a textured case, but I had a hard time getting it to come off the installation plate. It could also be that the camera protruding keeps it from laying flush with the case. Once I got it on, it was holding very well with no issues. It would be nice if they told you the numbers to line it up on for each phone. Although using a USB insert with an alignment works better, it keeps the product from being up-to-date. I think Spigen's alignment tool is a happy medium. It wirelessly fast charges on my Anker charger. I haven't had it long enough to see if it gets hot, but it has on all my MagSafe cases, so I don't think that's a good way to gauge the alignment. Update: I've bought this multiple times for multiple cases. The first ones I bought the magnets were not as strong as the ones I bought later on. It's not a huge difference, but I can put the ones with the newer magnetic rings on my fridge and it doesn't slide down at all. Only the first two I bought slide down.

I love these. I keep buying them every time I get a new phone or case. I've bought several for others so they can use my phone chargers and stuff. I think I'm going to buy a couple just to keep 'in stock' in case they go away or something. It's easy to apply them, the adhesive is strong enough that it's never separated, and the magnets are strong enough to easily hold up even the chunkiest of phones (my original Pixel Fold brick) while attached sideways in a bumpy car. Lined up correctly, it allows for wireless charging and NFC too, depending on your phone's support... check where your wireless charging "center" is before applying it to ensure it doesn't interfere. I tried some cheaper ones first, but usually the adhesive fails after not too many attachment/removal cycles. This one has the added bonus of having the 'alignment' prong, too, which is really nice for car mounts!

First, I love Spigen products. I've been using their cases exclusively for years. This ring works very well -- strong magnetic connection. The slight protrusion from the back of the case isn't noticeable when other accessories are attached, and it can be helpful for gripping a larger phone (Pixel 9 Pro XL), providing a little extra bump out. The instructions are clear, and the installation process is easy. Two issues I have: - the straight extension piece from the circle doesn't hold very well, the glue is not holding. The circle, no problem - the positioning in the instructions seems to not put it in the optimal place for charging. Battery packs heat up substantially when centering the ring, per the instructions, and do not charge quickly. The Spigen Cryomax 3 seems to not have this issue, though. But I ended up replacing the case entirely with a Spigen case with the ring built-in, and that case positions the ring about .25" lower, and I don't have the heat issues that I did with this ring.

I purchased this Spigen MagFit adapter to add MagSafe compatibility to my Pixel 8 Pro, but it has been an utterly disappointing experience. The included alignment tool is fundamentally flawed and does not line up properly with the wireless charging coil placement. As a result, the ring is misaligned, causing wireless charging to never initiate or increase the battery percentage at all. This renders the entire product useless for its advertised purpose of enabling MagSafe functionality on non-MagSafe devices like the Pixel series. Once you apply the adhesive ring incorrectly due to the flawed alignment guide, there is no way to reposition or remove it without damaging the case. What's even more infuriating is Spigen's dismissive customer service response. Instead of acknowledging the alignment issue with their product, they simply stated they "cannot guarantee it would work since the charger belongs to a competitor." This is an unacceptable attempt to shift blame and a failure to stand behind the promised compatibility of their MagFit adapter. Spigen needs to take responsibility, investigate this widespread alignment problem thoroughly, and provide an actual solution - either by redesigning the adapter and alignment tool specifically for the charging coil placement or offering full refunds to affected customers. Dismissing this as a mere limitation due to using a third-party charger is a disservice to paying customers who purchased the adapter under the premise of adding MagSafe capabilities to their phones. I strongly caution against buying this adapter until Spigen acknowledges and rectifies the alignment and compatibility problems. As it stands, the MagFit adapter fails to deliver on its promised functionality for our devices, and Spigen's response has been completely unsatisfactory.

Grabbed one of these to use with a MagSafe compatible wallet and I was concerned that there were notices that it would not work on textured cases. I have a Motorola branded case for my Moto G Power 2026 phone and it has a fine texture on the back. I applied it according to the directions and was able to place it perfectly. I have been using it for 3 months or so and I have not had a problem yet. It works with all the MagSafe compatible accessories I've come across including my car mount. I must say I am extremely impressed with this product and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a way to use all the nice MagSafe accessories available to iPhone users. I can't guarantee that this will work with every textured phone case, but for mine it works perfectly. Also as a side note wireless charging does not work with this on my case because with the case and the plate attached it has too much distance from the charging surface.
