LOVE IT
This was a good supplement/nutrient, and it was what my body needed. It didn't have a taste. The capsules weren't too big and easy to swallow; well, for me anyway. I would by this again

Great product!
Great product! I started taking these everyday and have noticed a big difference in my energy through out the day and much better daily bathroom trips. Love that it is all natural and non GMO unlike the the others advertised on TV. Highly recommend.

Big pills!
Pills are a little large for my 9 and 11 y/o to swallow, and wonโt really know if they are work for 30 days of consistently taking. They donโt really have a smell to them which was a surprise.

Caused major water retention
I could not figure out why my feet were swollen. I really liked these and then I put two and two together and stopped taking them. I lost 5 pounds and my feet are no longer swollen. I talked to my dr and she said this could be the problem. I am sad I have to stop them but I can't deal with water retention.

Easy to swallow
I love these supplements. I take them every day and I've notice increased energy even when I don't eat. They are packed with nutrients and minerals. There is no taste. I will definetly continue to make these apart of my routine every day.
