How often do you supposed to use it?

I use it to replace breakfast and dinner. Technically you are suppose to replace 2 of your regular meals with a shake and only eat one regular meal a day.

How much water per serving?

I don't use any kind of milk, I use 8oz. Of cold water with a 1/2 cup of ice , which makes my shake nice and cold with thickness. The water doesn't take away the rich taste of the vanilla .Sometime I add 1/2 banana, or about 5 or 6 strawberries when I have them but mostly I drink it as is .I hope this help but everybody taste is different.

how many servings in one container?

12 servings. I suppose that isn't much, but I just use it once a day for lunch.

Do you mix the diet mix with milk and what kind of milk?

HI there! For best results, combine 26g, about one scoop (inside container), of the SlimFast Advanced Nutrition Vanilla Cream Smoothie Mix with 8 fl. oz fat free milk or water in a blender or shaker cup. Mix well. Enjoy!
