Love this tent - and so do the kids! If you are looking for a huge family tent then the Skandika Gotland 6 is the tent for you. I found it very easy to put up (it's recommended for 2 people but did it alone). There are just 4 poles and all are the same and the instructions are easy to follow. In my opinion it is made to a very high standard which is nearly twice as waterproof as many tents. The fully sewn in groundsheet seems hard wearing and the extra features such as insect nets, pockets, windows and lamp hooks make it a pleasure to use. I am very impressed. It is easily big enough for four of us for a week with plenty of room for all our stuff. It would easily accommodate 6 and possibly even more people.

Great tent - easy to construct - absolutely huge!

We took this tent out to an extremely rainy Welsh site over the weekend and suffice to say it was pretty wet all around. It was difficult to keep the wet out and the seams did get very wet. It withstood the wind and no water came in via the floor, so it was literally the upper material that struggled. The bedroom stayed extremely dry - there was no damp coming in from the inside of the tent, even with condensation and some dripping from the outside. We contacted the seller (Max Trader UK) and they have been very helpful in resolving the issue - they provided some excellent responses and the issue is now resolved. If you can source something to help with heavy rainfall (think storm-level deluge) then apply it to the tent - however, this tent's size and space for the money spent, is well worth it - think we'll stick to better weather camping in general. And the seller is phenomenal!

Great tent. Loads of room and easy ish to put up.

DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU WANT IT TO LAST MORE THAN A FEW NIGHTS!! I’ve only used it 3 times (2 really) and it’s for the bin. I complained and they would not refund or offer any compensation. 1st use (just in the garden to set it up) and one of the four main corner attachments came off completely as the stitching was so weak. They gave me a replacement outer tent. Then 1st proper use and two of the interior attachments snapped. 2nd use and another of the interior attachments and one of the poles snapped. I ordered a replacement myself. 3rd use and another pole snapped and more importantly two of the four main corner attachments came off completely as the stitching was so weak (same as the very first issue. We (my wife, two young kids and I) had to drive 2 hours home and abort the camping trip. The tent is now completely unusable. £400 and I’ve only used it 3 times. (2 really as couldn’t camp the 3rd time.

Not a drop of rain came on, downpours for 4 days while camping, stayed bone dry. Very pleased with this tent.

Very easy to put up a lovely tent.

Seems like a very good tent so far. Some small quirks here and there, for example the openings could be improved to let more light in without letting in more rain. The tent bends in the wind by design, but if strongly secured should be fine. Found it very easy to erect and surprisingly easy to pack.
