Unfortunately, my experience has been completely disappointing. The device stopped working almost immediately after I purchased it.I raised a complaint with AJJAS on 26 August, expecting the support team to resolve the issue quickly. However, today is 7 September, and my problem is still not resolved. The device is still lying unused, and I have not received a proper solution from the company.The most frustrating part of this experience is the customer support and after-sales service. The support team does not properly answer calls. I tried contacting them multiple times, but most of the time there was no response. On the one or two occasions when someone finally answered my call, I was told that there was a pickup delay. But there was no proper explanation, no clear timeline, and no effective action taken to resolve my problem.What makes this even more frustrating is that I had purchased a 3-year subscription plan along with the device. I paid for a long-term service because I trusted the company and expected the GPS to work reliably. Now, because the device is not working and the complaint has not been resolved, my subscription period is also getting wasted.I understand that technical problems can sometimes happen with electronic devices. However, what matters most is how a company handles the problem after a customer raises a complaint. I bought this product for my old 2007 innova and was excited bcoz my car is parked in diffrent society ..Now let's talk about product the app has good functionLocation of the tracker is pinpoint correctHas good features in it and located your car in realtime..*But here's few thing you should consider before buyingIf your car is 15 years plus old consider checking your car ecm first and because sometimes ecm and immobizer is passed so your remote locking from app does not work.They mention support team but it's very hard to connect to them ..Even if book a slot the process is very trickyThey only give you a video of installation but it might not workThe reason I have given 3 out of 5 stars is they don't have their technicians or list who are trained to fit the device, the relay provide for remote locking is bit tricky to installCustomer service is too slow and cannot trust or depend only them..Otherwise if you want only tracking without kill switch it's good choice .Please find a good technician before buying this product who has installed this devices earlier ...Other wise it's all good , cheers .
