Will this work on my Samsung S23 Ultra?

Dear Buyer, this power bank is compatible with the Samsung S23 Ultra. This power bank comes with USB-C and USB-A output charging ports, and both of them support fast charging which can charge the Samsung S23 Ultra at a max output of 22.5W(5V/4.5A).

Does it blink while charging

Dear friend, there are two examples. 1. When charging the power bank, the screen will flash the 188% value of 1 second to check if the LED display is normal and then the second value of the LED display will flash until it is full and shows 100%. 2.
