Outstanding customer service and they stand behind their product. I bought a unit a while back and then came down with health issues preventing me from setting up a system. After recovering I set it up and found out it didn't work. I tried calling the help line (not expecting to get a real person), I didn't -got a voice message that all customer service people were busy - left a message and to my surprise a call back within minutes. The rep walked me through the set-up and found it didn't operate correctly. They had a new unit in my hands in less than a week. The new one works and quite easy to set-up. Will be getting a couple more of these. Can't thank the customer service team enough.

I purchased my timer 9 months ago and the “OK” button stopped working. The valves would also not turn on. I tried the suggested fix online a good number of times with no success. I called and got through to a real person promptly. She understood the repair issue I was calling about and walked me through a suggested fix, which did not work. She said they would send me a replacement timer and that I would receive a confirmation email soon. The email arrived the next day and the item has already shipped. The support person (Mich) did a great job, and the company really stands behind its products.

It worked great for one summer. The next summer I tried to set it up and the valves would not close. I contacted the manufacturer who asked for a video and promptly replaced it.

This timer is well built and sturdy. The buttons are easy to see and operate. The instructions are easy to understand and straight forward. Set up is easy. I love the ability to have 2 different areas (hoses) set on different schedules.Excellent customer service! I purchased last year. This spring, when getting out for use, the valve would click, but not open. I contacted customer service. They were very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They recommended a few troubleshooting steps. And, ultimately said they would send me a new one. It arrived quickly. I am all set up for the summer! Thank you!!

Great product, great value, reliable, and consistent. Best of all, Amazing customer service! Had an issue with the buttons on my first product after 10 months. I called on a weekend got a live agent who spoke good English and in less than 10 minutes he got a replacement shipped which arrived within 3 days at no charge to me!

Great customer service. Loved my dual timer that kept my grass and garden watered and allowed us to take vacations without worrying about coming home to dead plants and a yellow yard. It failed the second summer and they replaced it without a problem. I would definitely purchase from them again

Excellent controller! I use it for my vegetable garden and flower garden. I also have one for my yard. We are currently in water restriction use that we can only water our lawns one day a week. This controller does EXCELLENT in watering every 7 days. It's very easy to program.

Product was initially having issues so I notified the warranty team and they sent me a new one right away. They were very helpful. The new one works great and is exactly what I needed to water my lawn and plants. Very easy to program and intuitive. Much better than other brands or models I’ve used before.
