This is a great quality and value for the price. Easy install, no problems and no leaks. The button on the handle to shut off the water works great. It shuts off the water completely and is easy to operate. The head itself works well with good pressure (did not install regulator) and switches modes easily. The best thing about this model, which is why I initially bought is its extra long hose. This is the perfect size if you need it to work with a shower chair. See picture. Many of the competitors have only a 5 ft hose which would not work for my application.

Great handeld shower head with on/off switch, exactly what I needed for washing my dog. Works great. The only issue I had installing it was it kept leaking right at the point where it connects to the pipe coming from the wall. I tried plumbing tape, pipe dope and still would leak. I finally looked closer at the end of the pipe coming from the wall and noticed the end of the pipe had sharp edges. So I filed the end of the pipe to remove the sharp edge. This worked, no more leaking. This wasn't the fault of the shower head, so I wonder if other viewers who had leaking if this was the same issue. Anyway my 2 cents. The two main things I like about this shower head is the on/off switch and the length of the hose. I can easily wash my dog in the tub.

Perfect shower head - With the off button right on the handle you have total control along with being able to twist the shower head off above the on/off button to get a steady solid stream of water, it's perfect and reasonable. If you have a person with bad knees that can't stand up, and using an in tub swivel chair along with best placement of shower head with 2 screws to anchor to dock the head holder and pick up is invaluable, not having to reach all the way to top of shower and be able to control on off flow is optimum. I choose this as a replacement for my current hand held wand because it has a longer reach than most others. It seems well made for the price and works as expected. It matches my stationary shower head so looks like it came as a set and I like that it has and on/off switch and 8 spray settings. I would certainly choose order another one of these if and when my other hand held shower head needs an upgrade to oe with a longer hose.

Easy install. Full shut off of hand held shower head when needed. The additional mount makes it convenient for those who require a shower chair or short humans. Good water pressure, seems durable after a month of use, love the various settings in the shower head, seems to be a good value for the money!

I replaced a smaller 4 inch hand held sprayer. I only used the hand held sprayer part of this kit. I didn't use the hose or the holders for the sprayer. It installed easily onto my existing hose. It came with plumber's tape but I didn't need to use it. This new shower sprayer is larger than my old one. It will take some getting used to because of the larger size. I am really happy with the variety of spray types. It has really great water pressure. The shut off button is for me a little hard to press. I am using the sprayer for adults, kids, and a dog. The stronger spray really rinsed my dog well and quickly. It seemed a bit expensive, but if it lasts a long time it will be worth it.

Great Handheld shower head, especially for the price! I bought this on Black Friday as a replacement for an older Oxygenics handheld I have been using for about 10 years. The old one is still working but the shutoff lever on it doesn't work as well as it used to and I will change it out eventually. I wanted one for the "shelf" to make sure I could have a high pressure/output one without a flow restrictor in the future. We're probably safe for a few years yet but who knows when the enviro-whackos will cut us (but not themselves) all down to 1 gpm! This comes with a flow restrictor you can add if you're crazy enough to want to. It seems like as good of build quality as you're going to get these days for chinese plastic, and seems like it will hold up. For $23 it's excellent. I bought an expensive HammerHead handheld shower head once and returned it, the metal was paper thin and the flow rate was horrible! This plastic one feels just as substantial and is a much better value! You could go through 4 of these for the price of a hammerhead, but I'd guess one of these would last just as long. It has an on/off switch which is great and I think a necessity! If you are going to bathe your dog or when you shampoo your hair you can shut it off and not worry about making a mess.

Got this shower head for my dad. He sits on a shower chair now and he is very pleased with the shower head. The hose is long enough to reach him while sitting and we were able to hang it lower for him to reach. It was easy to install and has great water pressure and settings.
