Terranics 5-in-1 Magnesium Complex Supplement 500mg, 120 Vegan Capsules

This is the most full spectrum Magnesium. Stopped my leg and hand cramps.

I already have a very good liquid magnesium supplement BUT this product is strong! I take it before I go to bed and when I wake up I’m tired and don’t get much done because I have NO energy. The problem is that magnesium can lower your blood pressure and when that happens it makes you tired. I bought this product because I needed magnesium that wasn’t SO strong, but still effective ! I took one pill as soon as my order arrived and I actually felt like I had more energy ! Plus I want a magnesium supplement that you only need to take 1 per day NOT 3 per day and this product works like that ! Great price and excellent results on the first day ! I will keep buying these, that’s for sure !!

I love this stuff!! I have fibromyalgia and this has helped alleviate the hard back muscle spasms I was having. It’s not a cure and I still have pain but it’s tolerable compared to the hard spasms I was having. I swear by this stuff!

I am sure this is a good product, but I got Magnesium poisoning from taking too high of a dose. I was taking 1 of these every night for sleep and slowly but surely my memory left me, extreme tired light headed disoriented, body vibrations.... finally after 4 months of realizing it wasn't flu and a few other things, I narrowed it down to adding this when the symptoms started. I stopped taking it and within 3 days I was almost back to my normal self. Too much can cause cardiac arrest, major low blood pressure and so forth. I usually research everything but never thought this would be an issue. I am not a big person and recommended dosage for women is under 350 mg. My point is be careful, we are all different and this combined with other supplements that have magnesium and food we eat can create the perfect storm. I will add magnesium back into my sleep routine in a few weeks but 200MG is my cap.

This is one of the best magnesium supplements I have found when looking for one that has multiple forms of magnesium and doesn't have anything else such as vitamins or flavorings added. It contains 5 different magnesium compounds so you get magnesium in forms that are ideal for multiple functions in the body. These are easy to use capsules and the price is reasonable.

I ordered these after reading the reviews and saw that they were helpful for better sleep, fibromyalgia pain, restless legs and night leg cramps. After just a few nights, my husband has had relief from pain in his legs and back already! We have been using a magnesium citrate only, but this complex is working so much better!

I have been taking 2 in the morning for years. I was out once and my anxiety levels were through the roof one week and I also had not been sleeping well. I realized I was out of my magnesium and sure enough, started feeling better again.
