In desperation I've been regimented in taking magnesium glycinate about an hour before bed lately rather than just taking it intermittently when I remember and I kid you not, I SLEEP, actually proper sleep! It took a while to start working but it's a success :) It's not a miracle worker, I don't suddenly get 8 hours and wake up smiling and enthused with no eye bags but I get a solid 6 hours without waking up every hour or so, I occasionally even get 7! After years of surviving on 4-5 hours broken sleep it's an utter marvel. Hasn't fixed my morning head though, my body may not be tired but my brain still doesn't come online easily, it's not THAT good. I do not know how this compares to other Magnesium Glycinate products as I've not tried any others or looked into the makeup of this but it works for me. Anyway, figured I'd review incase it helped any other middle aged - very menopausal - sleep deprived sufferers out there to be slightly less tetchy with tiredness in the mornings.

Been using this for over a week now and to be honest, cannot say I've slept better. Maybe I need to continue use for a month to get the full benefit. Happy to review again a month later.

I started taking these to help me winde down, sleep through, Iv taken other magnesium vitamins from other brands that haven't worked. Within a few weeks of being consistent there is a definite change in my sleeping habits. Taking 2 can make me feel groggy so I take one capsule in the evening and can feel myself becoming more peaceful and ready to rest. I fall asleep quicker, sleep quality is better and wake up feeling refreshed. Unsure if its linked but my periods have been less painful since taking these.

I bought these because I wanted pure magnesium bisglycinate in a convenient sized capsule without fillers. A number of other bisglycinate supplements are 'buffered' with cheaper forms of magnesium which increases the magnesium content but isn't as bioavailable. These capsules were well packaged, appear to be high quality and are competitively priced.

Product made me feel very nauseous and every time I took it I ended up being sick. Have reverted to my previous brand of magnesium, which I have no issues with.

I purchased these capsules to help with poor sleep and I've been on them quite a while now. I have definitely noticed an improvement, so I purchased some more! I received an extremely helpful message from the company explaining exactly how to get best use from the magnesium which was a lovely thing to do. They are easy to swallow, do not taste of anything and come in a pouch which is very easy to reseal. Very happy!

I had been told about the benefits of magnesium for sleep, and I was highly skeptical. I initially tried these after searching for the best form of magnesium to try. I slept very well on the first night of trying one, and assumed that it was most likely to be a placebo effect. However, I have now been taking them for over 4 months, and it works every night. I find my eyes starting to droop after 30 mins of taking the capsule, and sleep follows very quickly.
