You would have to contact the manufacturer to see if you could get more, but they do come with two spares in the box.

Will this rust (silver one) and is there an option to screw in

It’s fabulous and sticks to the tiles really well. Have got all the shower bottles and shampoos in and it holds fast. Who needs screws? Good quality and should last well. We have not got ours directly under the shower head so no possibility of rusting.

Would this work on textured tiles?

The surface has to be flat or it won’t stick so normal tiles yes texture ones not too sure the stick pads need flat surface
