Can this be removed and replaced once it’s stuck down? Seems extremely sticky to be able to remove

Yeah bought it recently and had to move it from my car to another car for a short time. Worked fine, is very strong so slowly remove it from the base. Not sure if it’s okay to repeatedly do

is this suitable for Samsung A52G?

It should be ok. My Pixel 7 Pro fits in it fine.
