Does this tool work with zippers that don't have a hole, womens blouses tend to have zipper with just smooth tab

No, I don't think it would but I was never able to use it at all.

Would this tool be able to help with zipping up the sleeve for an edema therapy pump?

All I know is it works fine for zipping up my pants. I never seen the sleeve on that therapy pump, but I think it should work.

No the hook is not large enough to button pants, shirts only.

How well would this work for the top (at the neck) men's shirt button?
