I’ve been looking for a natural way to support my liver health, and these milk thistle tea bags are perfect. The flavor is very mild and slightly earthy, making it easy to drink daily without adding any sweeteners. I love the taste. I’m taking it for health benefits to help with immunity, but also with liver health.

The FullChea Milk Thistle tea has a lovely nutty flavor. It's almost like oatmeal. The tag with the string is attached to the tea bag and has not torn yet but you must be very careful in pulling it off for concern of ripping the tea and having it spill out. The string is also shorter than other teas I have and this won't wrap around the handle of my cup. It has a nice light color to the tea and it seems fresh. I got it for the health benefits of liver detox recovering from shingles. It is reasonably priced and I love the taste.

This milk thistle tea is good quality and easy to brew. The tea bags are well packed, and the 3g per bag makes a nice, balanced cup. The flavor is mild and earthy, which I appreciate, and it’s easy to drink regularly. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars mainly because the taste may be a bit plain for some, but overall it’s a solid, natural milk thistle tea and a good value for the quantity.

These taste fine but I can not say if it helps your health.

Not sure what it's doing but I love a cup of it in the mornings. I steep it with green and mint tea. Ginger and lemon.

Updated. New bag material. Using plastic to seep tea is a horrible idea. Plastic in hot water decays into microplastic you then ingest. Plus uses petroleum plastic, which is not recyclable nor compostable. Good tea; bad bag.
