High quality
The fan is high quality and so far is the only one on the market as a replacement. It was easy to install and basically looks the same(except without the sticker) the noise level is actually near silent with the occasional wizz of the motor threat you can only hear in testing the gpu. The performance is a tad better than the original fan provided in the gpu. The mounting is near flush but a very small size difference in the fans diameter even then youโd only notice if you have a keen eye and are basically kissing the gpu.

This is what you want for your Phoenix
I ordered this for my ASUS Phoenix RTX 3060 graphics card, since the fan was getting very noisy and whiny even at the lowest possible speed of 30%. The fan came in a small and unassuming cardboard box. It actually came with a logo sticker on, which was a pleasant surprise. I also noticed the fan design is slightly different from the factory one, so I feared it could cause acoustic and/or cooling issues. I'm happy to report, though, that the fan is basically silent at idle and only starts to be noticeable at speeds higher than 65%. Temperatures are also excellent and basically the same as before (~35ยฐC idle, ~75ยฐC max load). All this is with moderate overclocking and in a naturally hot environment, so I honestly don't think the fan could be much better than this, especially for the price. It has been over a week now and everything's good so far. Hopefully this'll last until at least my next GPU upgrade.

Replaced Asus GTX 3060 fan, it worked perfectly, read review
I have an ASUS GTX 3060 with a fan that started to die at some point, TL;DR: this fan works exactly as described and has the weird connector that the card uses to power the card, the replacement was fairly straightforward by unscrewing all the screws on the back of the card and gently prying the heatsink off. WARNING: YOU WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE THERMAL PASTE WHERE THE HEATSINK SEATS ONTO THE GPU ITSELF. I used the Thermal Grizzle 4 gram syringe with the 6 pack thermal paste cleaning pads, I only used one to clean off the pad but better to have more than less in this situation. The thermal paste on your card will likely need to have it replaced anyways due to age so your card will run cooler on top of having an actual functional fan, trust me on this, come prepared so your not asking yourself why your needing to tear it apart a second time. AND DON'T FORGET TO PLUG IN THE FAN ONCE YOU INSTALL IT. I did but I managed to fish out the cable connector and plug it in since there was no way I was going to disassemble the whole thing again. probably from some loose cat hair or something, I could get it spinning manually by giving it a start but once it started spinning it gave an awful grinding sound so it had to go.

Flawless
This was a perfect drop in replacement for the fan and installation was a breeze. It included ASUS stickers as well so everything matched perfectly!

Perfect for 3060
Got it to put on my 3060 because the fan was whining. Fit well, went on easily, and has outlasted the fan the GPU actually came with. Would definitely buy again.

Worked perfectly
A little more dismantling of the graphics card was required than expected. Make sure you have thermal paste for the reinstall.

Truly Silent
What a difference! Quieter than original fan!

Perfect fit, no issue.
It has been 3 months plus since it's installed and no issue. The installation of the fan on the Asus RTX3060 was a perfect fit. The Asus case on the graphic card was more difficult to remove that the fan to install.

Buy this instead of RMAing your card with ASUS, still works 6 months on
Replaced my ASUS RTX 3060 fan in about 10 minutes with this replacement part. It's been in my PC now for over 6 months and I've had no issues at all. Would suggest checking NanoNomad's video on Youtube for how to do this replacement yourself, it's super easy to do and will be infinitely less stressful than having to deal with ASUS's RMA process.

Perfect replacement for my 3600
After 2 years my Asus Phoenix GeForce 3600 fan finally failed. Made a terrible noise and then after a few days it seized. I took the fan apart, cleaned the ball bearing inside and lubed it up but, it was very very loud. Ordered this one and after taking the entire GPU apart, the replacement was complete and it runs just like new. Letโs see if this fan can beat the stock fans lifetime :D
