My KC Spaniel mix absolutely loves this Pupsicle toy and the treats that come with it! At first, my pup didn’t really know what to do and she was very cautious of the toy. Once she saw that it had a treat in it, game over! This toy keeps her fully engaged and happily occupied. I would say that it takes her right around 20 minutes to finish the treat that is inside the toy. The toy is well-made, easy for her to hold, and stands up to regular chewing. This toy is also easy to clean as it can be hand washed or placed in the dishwasher. I will say that some reviewers have noted that the toy was difficult to open. Personally, I have not had that issue and it has been rather easy to twist open. Additionally, I purchased the yellow Pupsicle mold so I can make my own treats. After leveling them and then freezing, they fit perfectly inside the toy. It’s great having the option to use the pre-made treats or make my own with ingredients I choose. I have included a picture with some of the basic treats that I made and froze. The orange treat is just some canned pumpkin and plain Greek yogurt, the brown treat is canned dog food with a bit of water added. My pup seems happy to receive both premade and homemade treats so far which has been great! This has been an excellent enrichment toy and has quickly become one of her favorites. I would definitely recommend it for dogs who enjoy licking, chewing, and staying busy. *Just be aware, there is a potential for staining carpeting depending on what ingredients you use in your homemade treats. I haven’t had this issue but just something to be aware of.

Instructions and handling are super clear, and it took seconds for my dog to immediately start licking away at his pupsicle. It takes him more than 40 minutes to get through 3/4 of it. So it’s long lasting if it’s stickier substance like peanut butter and yogurt. If I give him homemade treats (dry kennel, water, and probiotic powder) in the silicone tray, it’ll last closer to 30 minutes. I appreciate that there’s recipe recommendations on the packaging too. It’s an amazing toy and distraction for when I leave him in the crate.

A little pricey but it pays off. You can make your own treats to freeze and put inside and it truly keeps a dog occupied for 20-30 mins. It’s very durable as long as your dog doesn’t knew on it but they have to lick it to get the treat. Great investment

Our dog loves this toy, and she is not easy to please! I'm usually cautious to spend too much because she's a bit picky and often doesn't care for the flavors of treats, but this one she seeks out, stares at us until we fill it, and won't stop playing until it's empty! It cleans really easily in the dishwasher, and yeah, sometimes it's hard to open back up, but just set it aside and come back to it and it usually opens right up. She's not a tough chewer so I can't speak to that - But I can also add (which keeps my review 5 stars) the Customer Service at Woof is exceptional and caring. Apparently our dog's jaw span is more narrow than average. This caused the medium pupsicle (the right one for her weight) to become lodged on her teeth!! We were obviously pretty distressed by this, particularly given how much she loves it! But Woof was amazing - they worked with us to truly ensure we found the right product for our pup, which turned out to be the smaller pupsicle, and replaced without a hassle. Clearly I'll now need to put the refill packs on Subscribe! Thanks Woof!!

This toy does everything they say. My dog loves it and stays busy for at least 20-25 minutes. He’s only about 32 pounds but is quite the chewer! He’s so focused on the treat that it never occurs to him to chew on it. It’s easy to clean, easy to open and close. I’ve used the treats so far that came with it. I was concerned that it might be messy, but he’s too focused on getting everything into his tummy to make a mess. And there’s no bottom hole like on a Kong. Edit: after the first one or two uses I started having extreme difficulty getting the toy open. I tried using cooking spray. Didn’t work at all! Running it under hot water and wedging a flat screwdriver into the seam, I gradually forced it open. I’m experimenting. I smeared Crisco on the threads, and when my doggus finished with it I immediately opened it. That worked! I still like this toy because he is a pretty severe chewer, especially for a 30+ pounder, and he hasn’t made any headway on it! That’s a win! Second edit - I find that it absolutely have to grab it right after my dog is done and open it right away. It’s getting harder to open. Crisco/shortening, run it under hot water, immediately try it open it, use a screwdriver in the crack to help break the seal. I like this so much that it’s frustrating that’s so hard to open. Manufacturer: please listen to all of us and fix this problem!

Great idea, not the greatest quality. For a toy that promotes licking and chewing it does not hold up well to being chewed on. My small dog was able to bite tiny pieces of the rubber off. Would be much better is it was a stronger material, like kongs for example. This rubber material is a little too flexible and easy to chew pieces off if the dog wants to. I haven't had any issues with opening it as other reviews seem to have had. The included treats made my dog throw up, but the mold is great for making our own.
