Fits iPad perfectly. Seems very well made and should be durable. Materials seem to be high quality. Expensive but for a product that will be used daily for several years seems worth it.

I've had this case on my ipad since early 2024, and it feels like I'm holding a notebook or journal. The leather is high quality and improves with age. Recently (Dec 2025) the plastic tabs on the outer corners were starting to crack. It turns out, they improved their design in late 2024, so that the ipad sits in an enclosed flexible mount instead of corner tabs. I emailed the company about this, and they send me the improved version free of charge. I'm sure this new improved case will last as long as my ipad, and I'll be sure to purchase and recommend this case for future ipads.

Nothing beats the ultra soft feel of real leather and this case will not disappoint! I am so impressed with this luxurious yet practical case for my iPad that I can’t imagine ever going back to those rigid hard case alternatives! You deserve this case because you know how much you use your iPad and you’ll love it every single time you feel that soft leather. Sheer luxury and absolutely worth the money! Five star!

The case is well made, and has a nice leather finish. Smells like real leather. My issues, and why I ultimately returned it, are that it is very heavy and bulky - even more so than having the Apple Magic Keyboard attached. I was looking for something lightweight, sleek, and streamlined, to use during meetings, and while this does feel premium and would appear to provide good protection, it does not fit my needs. The front cover also doesn't stay put when closed unless you use the included elastic strap, which takes away from the premium feel.

No BS leather here this is the real deal. Excellent and very elegant product. Fits perfectly. Does exactly as advertised. Would even be "more better" if it had a kickstand for portrait mood but it is heavy enough to set in lap with a pillow propped up and it does not slide nor do you even have to hold it in place with the other hand. Very good product.

Really wanted to like this case. Exterior is beautiful, great feel. Nice look to it, premium. Fits the ipad perhaps a little tight/snug, but its protected. What I didn't like, was having the front of the case not adhere to itself (ie it flops around), you have to use a separate (ie just wait for this thing to get lost) piece of elastic to wrap around the case to keep it closed. Then, to prop it up for reading, you have to somehow fit the edge of the case front, into a wedge on the back of the case. That doesn't pop out on its own, you have to pull it out, then slide the case edge into it. Sort of a pain. Shocked this got so many good reviews, at this price point. Yes it's very pretty and looks very nice. But not very functional. Disappointed and returning promptly.

The case is gorgeous looking, feels nice, and (at least mine) smells fine. But, after a few days of gentle use: -one of the corners is now not staying "attached" to the iPad, leaving it unprotected, and -the crease/stitched-seam of the cover is leaving an odd "oily" line across the screen. And the included elastic band is required to keep the cover closed, which is very different than the leather cover I had from Bear Motion for my older iPad. I wish Casemade had used a different method to keep the iPad in place, perhaps better protecting the screen edges. Update: 3/8/23 Casemade sent me a replacement for the problematic first one. And now, after a few months of very gentle use (no drops, etc) two of the corner brackets are cracked and pieces are breaking off. Perhaps they didn't fit this case so well for this iPad Air model. Way too much money for this lack of quality. Minus one more star. Update: 5/1/24 Casemade reached out to me, and sent me the latest version of this case. It is now an excellent iPad case. There have been absolutely no issues with durability, and the finish still looks new, despite my regular handling over the past months. This style of stand may not be for everyone, but I find it to be stable, as long as it's on a stable surface (meaning: not my lap when I'm crossing my legs). If this had been the original one I received I'd have been a very happy customer. Bravo for your customer service and listening to feedback, Casemade!

Habe es in dem sehr angenehmen Braun und freue mich jeden Tag mehr das ich es doch noch gekauft habe. (Nachdem ich schon einige Alternativen angeschafft hatte, da es für das iPad Pro 10,5 von Apple direkt leider nichts Vernünftiges aus gutem Leder gibt)

A tablet case for my son. I had a plaque engraved on it for a birthday gift! So impressive, so perfect, beautiful color, beautiful leather!

Sehr schöne, hochwertige Hülle aus feinem Leder; gerade Nähte. Die Versandpackung dürfte etwas fester sein. Der Lieferservice hat sich -letztlich mit Erfolg- bemüht, die Sendung in den Briefkasten zu zwängen. Dadurch ist auf der Lederhülle vorne und hinten je ein kleiner Kratzer, der aber nach längerem Gebrauch nicht mehr auffallen wird. Das Papierschild mit Informationen (Barcode) auf das Leder zu kleben, ist nicht ganz optimal. Die nach der Entfernung zurückbleibende hellere Stelle wird allerdings sehr bald verschwinden. Insgesamt macht die Lederhülle einen ausgezeichneten Eindruck, bei einem Fall auf die Kanten dürfte sie allerdings kaum schützen. Sämtliche Bedienelement sowie Lautsprecher und Mikro sind frei, Autoschlaf- und Weckfunktion funktionieren. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen, da sie haptisch und optisch einen sehr guten Eindruck vermittelt.

Grundsätzlich ist das Case von der Haptik, der Verarbeitung und Optik sehr gut, soweit sich das nach 2 Monaten der Nutzung beurteilen läßt.Leider ist die Gummilippe des unteren Teil des Cases sehr labil und stört beim Wischen über das Display. Unschön ist auch, dass der Deckel beim zuklappen nicht das ganze Display abdeckt. Optisch sitzt er ungerade und es sieht aus als wäre er zu klein. Es liegt einfach an der Wölbung an der geschlossen Seite, sobald ein iPad eingesetzt wird. Es ist zwar kein funktionaler Fehler aber ein optischer Mangel. Bei dem Preis für das Case schade und kann die Konkurrenz besser. Nervig ist auch das mitgelieferte Gummiband zum verschließen beim transportieren. Die Lösung ist bei dem Preis einfach nicht akzeptabel. Toll wäre es, wenn die Farbe der Nähte noch wählbar wäre. 4 Sterne auf Grund der unsauberen Optik im geschlossen Zustand, aber insgesamt ein gutes Produkt, das empfehlenswert ist.
