Noodle Revolution - Keto Noodles (Just 1G Carbs), Made From Egg Whites, 10G Protein, Taste & Texture Just Like Real Noodles, Ready To Eat, Keto/Paleo Certified (Ramen & Vermicelli, Single)

I have tried several Keto noodles over the last year and they all had various issues: strange flavor, starchy texture or they fell apart when I put them in sauce. Noodle Revolution is superior! I added the noodles to heated spaghetti sauce and they did not fall apart. They don't taste like wheat noodles but they have a similar flavor and mouth feel. I just re-ordered!

This is the closest substitute for pasta I've found yet. Very low carbs and accepts sauces and broth very nicely. It is a bit too soft to compare to lets say ramen noodles but pretty close and no strange flavors. I think the price is way to high for the portions though. I wish I could find a recipe to just make this at home. I'll just use them for the quick meal like ramen but use real broth and maybe canned chicken or other meat. Too expensive to use more often than that.

Well, I only received the vermicelli in my combo pack and no Ramen. I will speak to that. I like that there is no stinky smell and the texture and taste was really good to me. They do tend to be a little watery but with a regular sauce, I guess they would be OK. I tried to do a butter Parmesan sauce and it was a little watery. But the taste was excellent. I will buy again.

They mostly don't fall apart, but they don't absorb sauce and the texture is a bit rubbery. They're ok for like Asian style soup noodles, but hard fail for Italian cooking. 3.5 ounces also isn't that much, so a real serving will get expensive really fast. Tbh, not really an upgrade over zucchini noodles from an eating experience, but they do have more protein.

Super Impressed! I’ve tried all the alternative noodles over the years as my daughter is allergic to most grains (including rice) and this is the first one that actually has a taste and texture so close to real noodles - without all the carbs. They are ready to eat, so easy to use, and I love the fact that it’s a big protein boost as well. Ill be ordering the six pack next time to keep the price down…I didn’t do it this time because I didn’t know how good they are. I haven’t liked the other grain free noodles. I’ll be keeping these stocked in my pantry and my daughter is stoked about having noodles…

Tried the vermicelli in a beef pho broth and the tastes is just perfection. Not gross like shiritaki and konjac noodles, I think it imitates a rice noodle well, at least in a broth. I'm not sure how well it will hold up in a stir fry but I will eventually give it a try. It's very delicate as the previous reviews all said, I was very careful dumping out the bag into the pot. Ordered the 6 packs in both the spaghetti and vermicelli!

I thought the package size and contents was somewhat small. For reference, the Shirataki noodles are roughly twice as much per package. The taste was neutral (which is a good thing). They assume whatever flavor they are combined with. The texture was like a very soft noodle. Better than other noodle replacements. The spaghetti shape is better than the vermicelli in my opinion. The vermicelli is so small, and the noodles are somewhat delicate, so its not so much like a rice noodle. I do recommend however as a pretty decent noodle replacement.

The taste is okay and the noodles are healthy but the texture is poor. They don't feel or eat like noodles. I tried them heated and at room temperature and neither way made a difference. You have to imagine the softness noodles possible, and then these are still softer.
