Good value for money ideal for walking and running

Great, do the job. Fit into my trainers well, after some slight trimming and are comfortable.

Recommended by my podiatrist who supplied me with my first pair (these were bought as my spare pair). Trims to size easily and offers lots of support for someone like me with flat feet. I find that due to the solidness of the arch, they hurt my feet after a long time of constant wear such as a day where I'm mainly standing, or a day walking around London's tourist sights. For everyday use with a mix of sitting/standing at work, they're great.

I've been using these insoles for about 3 years now. I was advised by a physio to seek medium density insoles for my main day to day shoes, plus a set for each pair of running shoes to help combat over pronation and injuries from that. These are perfect and I've been running relatively pain free for 3 years - prior to this I always had bad knee pain. They're extremely easy to cut down to the size of your shoe - I simply take out the insole that comes with a shoe, put this back to back with it and cut to the same shape/size. They then slide in perfectly. They do feel very hard and uncomfortable at first, but it doesn't take long to get used to it. I highly recommend these insoles, they've worked a treat for me (I'm now on my 10th pair).

A real help for my daughter. This is the second pair I have ordered as a spare. Only reason it’s not 5* is that it seems to be a bit larger than the previous one

Non sono ortopediche per niente! durissime e rigide. Se le volete comprare per aumentare il confort delle vostre calzature farete il contrario! io volevo usarle per le scarpe da lavoro ma penso che le getterò. NON ACQUISTATELE!
