I have been using electric scooters for years as a primary vehicle, and am confident this is the best scooter I've owned yet. The 30 mph speed makes me feel much safer on roads where cars are going 35 mph, it handles well and the battery life is great. I encountered a battery problem, but their customer service was excellent and got me back on the road quickly. I was even able to hop on a call with an engineer to help figure out what the problem was which is way above and beyond anything I've seen from a manufacturer like this. I'd highly recommend this for more experienced riders, and it has 4 modes to let you go at slower speeds for beginners, so it's excellent for them too.

Best scooter lock!
I bought my teenage son his first electric scooter mainly to get to football and work during this summer and I did not initially think of having to get a lock for it. I'm extremely glad to have come across this one right away because it's perfect! Dont think twice, get this one! It is very sturdy and I absolutely love the case that came with it as well! It buckles onto the scooter and fits perfectly. It has not fell off once. My son loves the lock design itself as well.

Chain seems durable and is coated

Secure for What You Get
Big theft deterrent chain linked with cuffs that need a key to lock/unlock is secure and effective for what you get. The bag seems secure with the Velcro straps, however I own a Hover H1 Boss R500 scooter and the handlebars where the top of the bag’s Velcro straps would go is very wide and put strain on the straps and would not go all the way to the end of the Velcro strap itself when securing it. Not sure if I got a bad bag by default if the strain caused it but the base of the strap seems to be falling off (see pic and video). I wish this bag could have been designed to be more securely attached to the scooter and not reliant on the handlebars, otherwise great product and the chain itself is terrific

Love product but can’t use as can’t find keys
Love the product but we lost keys and now can’t find out how to get replacement keys!

Convenient and sturdy
Works well, and fairly easy to use. The case straps on nicely to the front and is convenient for carrying around.
