Strange packaging, item seems fine
I ordered a mop with extra mop-head from the seller USaveUK. It arrived in a black bin liner so tightly wrapped and sellotaped around the mop that when I was cutting it open, I didn't know if I was cutting into or damaging the mop. We all complain about excessive packaging but here there was no packaging to speak of, just the black bin liner which is not environmentally friendly itself. The Vileda mop itself functions as it should.
