Got this rack because the house we moved into doesn't have a dryer and this was cheaper then buying one. It is perfect! It can hold almost two loads of laundry so washing a load of laundry a day (wich with a large family I need to do) is not a problem. It was super easy to put it together and functions great once together. It can get top heavy after hanging clothes and potentially will tip over if not carful. Easy to avoid if one hangs clothes starting at the bottom. The spacing between clothes is great for allowing air flow but also saving on space. This has been such a game changer with our laundry.

This folding rack is perfect for me, as my dryer is not working well. It is very large, and can hold a lot. It took almost 1.5 hours to put together as each piece requires assembly. Once done, it works well. You can't really put heavy wet towels on 1 rung - you would have to hang it on 2 or 3 rungs so as not to stress or break the plastic. The fold out hanging section is a nice plus. Great for t shirts and most regularly weighted clothing. It is quite a large unit, so I wouldn't say it is great for small spaces open, and it doesn't fold into a tiny rack. Overall, a good drying rack which I would recommend, even though it is not super heavy duty. Thank you.

Love it. Use it to dry my clothes after washing. Can fit 30 pieces of clothes or more very sturdy. The only issue is when putting together was some of the metal bars didn't want to stay in the slots I had to glue them in so no risk of my clothes falling

My experience with this product was poor, with the manufacturer it was terrible. Full disclosure: I allowed the return window to close before attempting to return. That's on me. The rack is a bit flimsy, like all drying racks. Why doesn't someone make a sturdy drying rack. After all, they support the weight of numerous articles of wet clothing. It is comprised of many individual parts and took more than an hour to half-assemble. FYI. This rack was supposed to include 6 each of two kinds of brackets, 6 left-facing, 6 right-facing. Instead, my package included only 12 left-facing brackets. I contacted the manufacturer, SONGMICS, and was prompted to leave a message. Never heard back. Called again a week later and spoke to a human. She apologized for not returning the message, saying that "we are really busy and there's only two of us." I asked for the six missing brackets and was told they had none. When I asked when I could get some, her advice was to return the item to Amazon. I told her I was past the return window, and she—the manufacturer's representative—replied with silence. I rarely write reviews, particularly negative ones, but I wasted almost $50 on a product that I now have to throw away. I could have and should have returned it to Amazon, but at the same time, the manufacturer should support their products. At minimum, they should have offered a replacement rack. Beware of this product and especially this manufacturer. Caveat emptor.

As shown in the pix, there are a couple of ways to put the wrong parts in place of the right parts, or the right parts wrongly oriented. This is because there are no stickers on the parts saying which parts are which, and no measurements or "wrong way" warnings in the assembly guide (or up/down arrows, for example on the side mounts). First, the center two horizontal rods on each level are about two inches shorter than all the other rods on the shelves. But they are the same diameter. So if you build it with the wrong rods (the longer ones) in the center, when you get to the end of building it vertically, you will not be able to assemble the shelves horizontally. You will have to disassemble it -- and I speak from experience, that's difficult! (The vertical rods are very securely friction fit and required legs and arms to pull apart -- and when they do release they do so suddenly, which can lead to bumps and bruises, or, in my case, a tongue getting bit full force, I kid you not.) Also, if you fix that problem, but assemble or re-assemble the vertical rods but insert them into the holders with the holders upside down (which is really easy to do since top and bottom of the holders are not indicated per se...unless you really study the drawings in the user guide), then you will have to disassemble it a second time. That said it's a great rack! But it should take 20 minutes to assemble, or, in my case, 45 min. since I did it three times.

liked the product from the moment I found it on the app. However, I have a problem: the parts designated as "Part A" were missing from the box. I would like to know the proper procedure for resolving this situation. The manufacturer does not have an active phone line—only an email address—to which I have already sent a message; however, given this lack of communication channels, I have my doubts as to whether they will actually respond. I love this thing. It holds so much! I couldn't afford a dryer for my apartment so I had to find something else. This is affordable, fits large loads and is easy to tuck away when not in use. It was easy to put together, the instructions were easy to follow. It can get a little wonky if one side is heavier than the other. It's not the sturdiest but it's mostly made of plastic so it's to be expected. It still holds a lot just sometimes the hanging bars pop out if you don't have the weight distributed evenly.

its a bit of a process to assemble it, but if you are patient and follow the instructions the result is excellent and well worth the trouble

Resistente, facil armado

I recently bought this cloth dryer and was quite disappointed with its quality, especially given its high price. The material feels very low-grade, and the overall construction is not sturdy at all. After just a few uses, I noticed signs of wear and tear, which is quite concerning for a product that should be built to last. It does the job of drying clothes, but given its poor build quality, I'm not confident it will hold up for long. Considering the cost, I expected much better durability and reliability. I would not recommend this dryer if you're looking for value for your money.

This wasnt easy to fix as the poles kept coming out of their sockets.

I could not be happier with this SONGMICS 4-tier clothes drying rack. Assembly is easy and chick friendly. All packages and instructions are clearly marked. Holds a week's worth of work clothes and dries efficiently - no overcrowding. Very sturdy and rolls easily. Would purchase again.
