Nice item but missing a piece
Item arrived on time, well packaged but is missing a component. One of the hooks is missing a rubber protective cover over the metal end. The other 3 hooks all have one. Looks like it is a manufacturing defect. I dont need new hooks, just need the company to send me the protective rubber cover piece. But Amazon can't do that and asked if I wanted to do a return instead. Since I've already bolted the item to the wall, not worth taking it down and hassle of returning. Just worried that the uncovered metal end piece could scratch or cut the board if not careful. Gave 3 out of 5 due to lack of quality control on an otherwise very nice hanger.

I use these supports for both the hemp and the sup installed on the side of the boat and after a year they are still perfect
