Noticed difference first day.
Overall, they make me feel better than before I started taking them. I don't believe this is the first review I've given on this product. I will try to ignore the ones I get from repeat purchases. Too time consuming, and at my age, I do not want to consume my time on redundant surveys or reviews!!!!!!!

Gives me AWFUL heartburn and reflux
This claims to be gluten-free. But it's giving me the most awful heartburn and reflux. Which generally happens when I consume something that isn't gluten-free. So buyer beware...! And I didn't get it out of my subscribe & save fast enough, so now I have a second bottle that I can't return. The label states that there's a 30-day refund guarantee, but yeah, that doesn't work.

Easy to swallow
It's too early to tell but I am taking the tablets to counter some effects of aging. So, I am combining with NAD. Otherwise the tablets are easy to swallow and smell like oatmeal.

No relation to normal wheat
I have tried HTB as tea and powder, this is my first capsule. I am persistently trying as the father of function medicine JB is a huge supporter / promoter of the immune modulating effects of HTB. This is a gluten free nutrient rich plant, no relation to normal wheat. A 2 capsule dose. I am taking in morning. A 2 month supply. Thus far not noticed any thing positive or negative.
