How long a reach is this roller, Need at least 6' for mobile home roof?

This one is only about 12 inches long.

Don't know, but mines still works (5yrs).

Can this roller be used with Flex Seal Liquid?

This is intended for sealing two surfaces by use of pressure. I have not used Flex Seal, but from what I know about it, the application roller would be more like a paint roller, just to apply the liquid. If so, this is not for you.
