My son has autism and absolutely won’t take any kind of solid supplement willingly, he also won’t eat many foods that naturally contain the vitamins he needs. this is the only liquid supplement that I can hide in his favourite squash without him noticing, I’ve been giving him this once a day all winter, and while he has had illnesses, he’s been so much healthier than last year.

Good for immune boost!
Got this for my children, to boost their immune system this time of year as school ages always guaranteed to bring in all the viruses and infections. The taste is okay, its a sweet taste, my kids are not a fan but its manageable.
