It has multiple voltage support and for me I have a modem and router setup both have different voltage. Modem is 12v and router is 9v. Both have about 0.6a current requirement. Since they did not give the adaptor I am using one old adaptor which is 12v and 1A and is working fine. Device works as expected and I have never seen it fully charged. Last light always blinking. But when power does it shows fully charged and comes for more than 5 hours. I tested only 5 plus hours until now. When it’s more than 5 hours I still have 25% battery left. I think it will definitely come more than 6 hours. Very good product to have in places like mine where there is frequent power cut and outages.

Great product. Acts as a ups for multiple devices. Have connected a 9V load balancer and a 12V wi-fi modem and it provides a 3 hour back up for both when power fails. A must for people working from home. Review after 1 year of use. The device is completely dead. Good while it lasted. Keep an eye on it after a year and replace it. 28Aug22 Review after 1Year. Device is dead. Nov 22 Bought a new one. Failed, returned, was replaced by the company... But same problem. Dies every night and have to switch off mains and press on-off switch to get it working... Customer support no response... Raised issue with support desk. There is definitely some problem with the latest model that I was proud that it was made in India. The device goes dead overnight and cuts off the 9V supply... So if power goes there is no battery back up... Let's hope the support desk finds a solution. Until then would advice people not to buy this. Latest update. Support desk asked to ship device back to them. Did the same and they confirmed that is defective and will be replaced. Received a replacement device which was not sealed and had scratches. Looked liked they sent the defective peice again. Same problem continues. Support person insisting that it's anew device and that he personally supervised it. Says there is something wrong with me routers... can you believe it??? It's a deadlock. Chucked the product in the bin and decided never to buy their product again. Would advice you against it as well.

I bought this product few days back and at first the device was not charging at all and it was switching off once the power is shut. I read through some details and doubted that this could be due to the wall adapter I plugged in to the device. My modem's input power is 12V and 1A current. This device needs a 12V 2A wall adapter to charge. So if your modem/router has a 12V 2A adapter, you are good. However, if your adapter is 1A, it would not charge your device to work efficiently and you may have to buy a 12V 2A adapter. If you already bought this device and facing the same issue, check your DTH's power adapter. It is most probbaly a 12V 2A one and you can swap it with your modem's adapter(That's what I did). Overall happy with the product. It would have been better if the product catalog mentioned the charging input specifications. Note: Their customer support is top notch too. I sent them a mail asking for help and they replied within hours asking my contact number and called next day morning.

I was facing a lot of electricity issues in home from where I am working, which kept persisting for over a month. But my colleague came to my rescue, he suggested me to go for a router inverter which I am completely unware about. You have to definitely go for it if you are in a Work From Home (WFH) setup and don't want your electricity trip or power cuts to: 1. affect you workflow 2. interrupt your meeting 3. break your connectivity After browsing and shortlisting for some products, my search for router UPS stopped here (I got it around Rs 1400 with promotional offers in Apr'21) because it has got some extra port like USB and others which are definitely beneficial for. I have used this product extensively with my JIO fiber router for and can tell you it can given the router a power backup of 3 hrs-3.5 hrs (which is the maximum power I had cut at a stretch). Also it helps in power dip. As a very good to do results, I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for router/modem inverter.

The product quality is good. Worth the money spent. I am using it with a TP Link router which has a input power requirement of 9V at 0.6A and hence I am getiing an excellent backup of about 12 / 14 hours owing to the low power requirement of my router. I had purchased it at INR 1,500/- and now see the price jump to INR 2,000/-. Also, I would like to point out that many reviews mention that the product does not auto start the router when it starts recharging after it has been fully drained. This is not true. The product auto starts the router, but, in 3 to 4 mins once it starts recharging (i.e., when it gets a little backup to restart). I repeat, THE PRODUCT AUTO STARTS THE ROUTER AFTER 3 to 4 MINS OF STARTING OF RECHARGING. It however does auto start as soon as it starts recharging. If one wishes to start the router as soon as the recharging starts, press the on/off button on the mini UPS and it will start the router instantly. It can be used as a portable power bank. Package comes with two cables and 3 converter pins. No power adapter is provided. Blue LED charging indicators are also present. It takes about 4 to 5 hours for me to charge it to full as I use a low voltage power adapter (9V at 0.6A). If one uses a 12V 2A adapter, the ups will charge faster.
