Habe l'Oréal Majirel Mittelblond bestellt (wie auf der Amazon-Seite abgebildet), das ich seit Jahren benutze, und bekomme heute ohne ein Wort Erklärung eine Tube l'Oréal DIA Richesse. Coloration 7,23 Toffee Blütenhonig (??). Keine Ahnung, ob es das gleiche Produkt ist, oder nur eine Name-Änderung - wie gesagt, kein Wort Erklärung. Professionalität ist etwas Anderes. Ist mir zu blöd zurüch zu schicken, muss probieren, ob es das gleiche Produkt oder der gleiche Ton ist...

Ich habe 2 mal die 6 und 2 mal die 7,23 aber die haben mir nur ein Mal die 7,23 geschickt find ich es nicht in Ordnung.
