What should I do if my printer jams or rolls?

1. Make sure the printer has enough power. 2. Use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to clean the print head. 3. Update the firmware version of your printer. (Check the video "Solutions for Paper Jam" in listing)

Is the transfer done by placing the tattoo transfer paper directly on the skin?

No. Before making the transfer, we need to wipe the skin with alcohol first to remove the oils on the skin. Then, apply the transfer tattoo cream on the skin and finally place the design on it for transfer.

Is it possible to print on other paper or other brands?

1.M08F Tattoo Thermal Stencil Machine can print on tattoo paper or A4 thermal paper 2.It is recommended to use Phomemo tattoo paper, it is not recommended to use other brands of thermal paper (there may be incompatibility or damage to the machine)
