It is awful. Everything you shoot it onto leaves a detachable magnet piece where you shot it. Its a flimsy POS. Worth about $0.00.

My kids were very excited about this product. It works, shoots the web but the suction cups are not that powerful and do not stick well on the surface. Overall a fun toy but could have been better.

Update: Excellent customer service. Very dedicated to ensure that this purchase was made right. Thank you for looking after my concern and correcting the issue. Purchased for my grandson's birthday gift. Very disappointed. Not as described or advertised. Would not recommend this for a child as the quality is poor. And will break easily. You get what you pay for…. Lesson learned
