Works great in shallow well
I installed this pump in the bottom of a shallow well about 18 ft deep with 5 ft of standing water and it works extremely well. It outperforms the jet pump I was previously using by a wide margin. I'm using it on a 9 station irrigation system with a pump start relay so the controller turns it on and this pump easily maintains a 40-60 PSI on every one of my stations.

So far so good. Much cheaper than the $450 to service and change out the pump by independent businesses was not difficult to replace it all in my septic tank.

Do not buy this pump
Don't buy this pump. It lasted just over 2 month and failed. It was passed the return time so I am stuck with it. There is no way to contact the company I tried on there web side but no reaction. I bench tested the pump and it acted like a dead lock. After figuring out how to take the pump apart I pulled the pump section out and it was in good condition no wear at all. Next I removed the screws holding the seal in place for the cable going in to the pump motor. BINGO As soon as I pulled it of the metal here come the water. So My pump is in a dead short because of water getting in to the motor. Lucky Me.

Works great and perfect fit
For me this pump was perfect direct replacement. Easy to install, it didn't have upper outlet check valve however, I was able to pull the one off outlet of old pump and it snapped on to new pump and works as if made for it.

Great customer service!
The pump I purchased failed within the first 2 months. No obvious problem could be seen. I emailed the company and Ren responded quickly and warmly. He immediately sent a replacement pump within a couple of days. The new pump is working flawlessly and A+++++ for customer service. Thank you Ren for the great service and kindness. Integrity is hard to come by these days but Wassermann has it in spades!
