Not actually grounded
I’ve used this Sulfar UK duckhead with my MacBook charger for about a year and the construction seems solid, with no overheating or obvious quality issues. However, the earth pin doesn’t appear to connect to the charger’s ground contact, and I still feel a mild electric tingling on the aluminum body while charging, so if you want proper grounding or to reduce that sensation, I’d recommend a genuine Apple 3‑pin extension or a confirmed grounded adapter instead.

Avoid buying this product. You might end up catching the fire. Product made out cheap and soft plastic that can easily brakes and melt.
