Superb build quality
When I opened the box I was surprised to see the chair was mostly assembled, I just had to attach the gaslift and wheels which was done in less than 30 seconds. The build quality of this Comet chair is very good compared to other "office chairs" i have seen around me. No rough edges, shaky parts etc. I am not sure why this chair doesn't have any reviews. Maybe a new model? I don't know. I can't compare it to any other Featherlite chairs since this is the only one I own and I bought it since it was cheaper than 'Astro' and 'Versa' (which I had also considered). This model doesn't have any extra lumbar support, but it accommodates for that using a "S curve" design. It's not a chair in which you would feel like "aah this feels so good.. I wanna doze off". I think the purpose of these chairs is to enforce proper sitting posture and it helps in that. The seating depth is adequate for my height of 5ft 10inches. There is a gap of a fist between the back of my knee and the front end of the seat (which is necessary to avoid cutting off circulation to the legs. Source: Google research lol). Overall I am happy with the purchase.
