This was an easy setup to use with Alexa. The entire unit can be named and controlled, along with each individual socket named and controlled. We are currently using for Christmas lights and are using an Alexa routine to setup a timer to turn the lights on and off at specific times. In the future having the ability to control and set timers to two individual groups will be a big plus. Seem very well made and hopefully will last for years.

Honestly, I thought this was a pretty great product! When I opened it, it seems like it has great build quality, is not really affected by the elements, which was a big plus for me, and pretty simple to set up. I have quite a few products from TreatLife and I’ve had them for a couple years without any issue at all. This was a great addition during the holidays because it allowed me to control two devices simultaneously. I highly recommend this brand. They also make really good wall switches!

I have 3 of these now to control outdoor lighting on a schedule. I use the phone app to control. Connects through the house wifi. They work well and one controller is over one year old in a tropical climate.

Full disclosure: I received this unit for review. That said, I'd definitely be willing to purchase this. It's pretty well built, especially considering it's a plug which likely won't have to stand up to any physical abuse and points of ingress for water are adequately sealed up, so I don't have any real doubts about the weatherproofing claims. The outlets have individual rubber covers, so when one isn't in use, you can seal it up nicely. I have the older single outlet version of this which has been running my back patio string lights for several years now and that's still going strong. Having two outlets on this one promises to make it even more useful. My only gripe is that the cord is short and thick, so if you're trying to get it plugged in inside an exterior outlet box, you may have some trouble, depending on the box and the orientation, which is unfortunate because that's exactly where you want this. I don't give 5 stars easily and this was definitely a point which kept me from giving that last star, but it's also not a big deal. It was more of a problem for me because the outlet box I wanted to use it in for Halloween is particularly stupid and I haven't gotten around to correcting it yet. I have some other Treatlife switches and stuff and this, like all of them is compatible with Google Assistant which is my robot of choice. They all have their connectivity issues from time to time, but what smart device doesn't? Rebooting the network generally fixes all for a while. This one has been sailing smoothly so far. All told, it's a simple device which does its job well and isn't very expensive, so if you want an outdoor smart plug, I have no reasons you shouldn't give this one a shot.

Just in time for the holidays, this dual outdoor electrical outlets plug is a great addition to all my TreatLife WiFi switch controls. Love that I can control Christmas lights by using my cellphone, whether at home or elsewhere. Like all other TreatLife switches I own, and many I have installed for my customers as a contractor, I can setup the On/Off schedules for multiple times a day and any or all days in a week. WiFi setup is easy using the 2.4 GHz home WiFi. Linking it to Alexa is just as easy. The unit is of quality built. I have not using it for long enough time to judge its durability, but like all other switches inside my house, which I have been using them for over a year now without issue, I have no reason to think that it will last for a long time. Overall, this outdoor outlet plug is great, and I highly recommended.

Fantastic! I have numerous smart devices in the house, I like to try different products and not be locked in on one brand. So far, Treatlife devices have been the quickest and easiest to set up. This particular device took five minutes to get up and running. Everything on the app is easy. Took a couple of minutes to set up a schedule and now I’m good to go. Integration with Alexa was automatic, I just had to run discovery to have the plug names show up in the Alexa app. I am extremely happy with my purchase and with Treatlife.

Electronically the product works as described. Software integration is another question. Barely six months old & the programming options quit working properly. "Routines" or "Scene" programming turns everything on when programmed to start at separate times. DON'T BUY.
