Soft Powder and u
Don't be surprised. These are not capsules, or a liquid. This is a container of powder. It's nice granulated powder that works perfectly.

Ultra-pure, fine powder — excellent quality for skincare formulations
This salicylic acid powder is exactly what I was hoping for. The powder is very fine, clean, and free of any noticeable odor or discoloration, which tells me it’s been well-processed and handled properly. It dissolves predictably when used correctly and performs exactly as salicylic acid should. I use this for small-batch skincare formulations, and the purity and consistency make it easy to work with and accurately measure. The packaging is solid and protects the product well, and the amount you receive goes a long way. Important note for buyers: this is a pure raw ingredient, not a finished skincare product. You need to understand proper dilution, solubility, and safe usage rates before working with it. If you do, this is an excellent, high-quality option. I would absolutely purchase this again and recommend it to anyone who knows how to properly formulate with salicylic acid.

Good, clean product, dissolved well. Presuming low star reviews are user error.

The worst!
Please don’t waste your money with this product. This powder is coarse and it doesn’t dissolve in anything. The description doesn’t mention that you need to make it finer.
