If I plug 2 USB A cables in at same time, do I get 3amps for each one or is it split? Also, does it do 3amps on USB A whilst using the USB C?

Never had a problem charging multiple devices. I suppose it very much depends on the power consumption of each attached device. However it has been rated at 40W by manufacture so if you know the voltage, current consumption or wattage of each device you can work out the current consumption using the formula - Power = Voltage x Current. Hope this helps
