Presentation disappointing for a gift
The product itself was great. I bought it as part of a birthday gift for my wife. The beauty of shopping with Amazon, you can compare choices in detail and see which is the best or even to avoid imitations. She loved the product, because it is a name she trust and have used in the past. The very, disappointing part was, it was nicely wrapped in the usual Amazon package, but once open it was very, very sad. The box looked like it belonged to the bin. Full of old water marks and torn at both corners. I was very upset and wanted to return it. However, my wife reminded me it is the product inside that mattered. It still hurts, and after all my shopping with Amazon, I expected a little respect as a customer. I trusted the merchant, Amazon to fulfill its promise to provide exactly what they promised. It would have been 5 stars, however on the grounds of presentation not even close to one star. I gave it 4 stars- why? Amazon has in the past responded as promised to many of my orders. Conclusion: Product great but presentation: rubbish

Bought this as a gift for my wife and it went down very well—instant spa day vibes at home 💕✨ The packaging is lovely and feels really premium, so it makes a great gift straight out of the box. The products themselves smell amazing—fresh, relaxing, and just the kind of scent that makes you feel like you’ve escaped to a proper spa. She loved the variety in the set, and it’s turned into a bit of a self-care ritual now (which I fully support… mainly because it means she’s relaxed and happy 😄).
