I found the pillow too high for me and too hard.

This is best pillow I ever had. It really supports my head and cervical spine. I sleep throughout the night and absolutely no neck /shoulder pain when I get up. Also my hands aren’t numb during the night because of the tremulous support . The pillow keeps me cool all thru the night. I highly recommend this pillow for people that have cervical problems. It’s lightweight and terrific quality . It’s well worth the money .

This pillow has exceeded my expectations, and I honestly can’t sleep without it now. I’ve had neck and shoulder issues for several years, and this is the first pillow that has genuinely eased the pain and stiffness I was waking up with. One feature I really appreciate is that the pillow has two different height options built into the contour design. It lets you choose the side that gives you the best elevation and alignment. I use the slightly higher side, and it has been perfect for supporting my neck as a side sleeper. The pillow feels soft but very supportive, and the queen size gives a generous surface area. The memory foam holds its shape extremely well, and I had no adjustment period at all – I slept comfortably from the very first night. Since using this pillow, my neck pain and stiffness have improved significantly, and the cooling pillowcase is a nice bonus. If you’re a side sleeper or struggle with neck issues, the dual-height design and support make this pillow absolutely worth trying.

This was smaller than I expected, but works just fine. I had cervical spine surgery and will always want support under my neck. I sleep on my back and both sides during the night, this is comfortable in all positions. It provides just enough cervical support. But the big thing I like is the depression in the center that cradles my head. That allows me to take a nap without having to remove hearing aids, without putting pressure on my ear. Construction seems fine, I haven't had to wash it yet, it comes with a removable case but I put the whole thing in one of my own pillowcases.

Best pillow and worth it. My neck and shoulders never felt better. I can now sleep comfortably without pain.

I don’t often write reviews but this product was so very wonderful I had to do it. I have so many issues with my neck/back it’s pretty constant pain. Botched spine surgery and diagnosis of MS with lesions on spine and brain. Tried many things to ease pain but finally gave this last ditch effort on a pillow. Didn’t have high expectations. Honestly WOW- really really relieved so much discomfort and pain in m cervical spine area. I’m a side and stomach sleeper and this just helped me phenomenally! I honestly will not sleep a night without it. Sooo grateful I took a chance on this. Excellent product!

I gave this a fair try. This pillow is so flat, it supplies no support at all. It certainly did not help my shoulder pain as a side sleeper. I feel ripped off.

La almohada es muy comoda para dormir, tiene muy buen soporte para el cuello. El unico detalle es que dice tamñao KS, sin embargo comparado con otras almohadas KS es mas pequeña. Fuera de eso funciona de maravilla
