My wife has been looking for some good hair vitamins that actually make a difference with use. So far…. 1 1/2 bottles in not noticing any changes to her hair growth or thickness. As with other hair supplements she always notices her nails growing better. She does like them enough to order another couple of months worth to give the vitamins time to do their magic. Maybe overpackaged? These are just gummies in a plastic bottle so it doesn’t seem like they need a custom printed and sturdy cardboard box. Still, the design and marketing provide a nice upcycled feel. It was sweet that they came with a small tube of hand cream as a bonus freebie. Makes your hands feel very soft!

How so little effort goes into growing and thickening my hair
I like how it thickened up my hair and now is slowly growing it out to manageable length. The taist is OK I just suck on them till they desolve in my mouth.

They are not easy to chew as they are very sweet and not too good tasting. Not sure how well they work yet as I’ve only had them a few times since I don’t like the taste .
