Is the slide table supposed move/wiggle at all? I bought 4, one is very tight and doesnt move at all, 3 can wiggle slightly when I move them.

I bought four, and they all wiggle slightly. The screw of one of them appears to be off-center compared to the shaft of the stepper motor. You can see that the shaft moves up and down as it rotates but this did not create a problem for me.  Overall, I was happy with the quality of this product for the price that I paid for it.

Question 2

What is the speed of the movable block. can it be adjusted to a very slow speed

This actuator uses a stepper motor. Depending on the electrical motor driver you choose, you can step the motor as rarely as you want. It would technically be moving really short distances really quickly, but on average you can make it as slow as you want. The distance of one step in the motor is essentially not noticeable in the linear movement. Getting this actuator to move fast is the difficult part. That speed depends on the driver, how much current is applied, how much resistance the block has, but the fastest I got mine to work at is in the order of 1-2 cm per second.

can the motor and shaft be removed to utilize a different motor and shaft or is the rod fixed to the end the track mount?

You can take off the plate on the side away from the motor and the shaft will slide out of the bearing on that end.

Can I Control the stroke of this, what if I need a 25mm out of this?

I don't think you understand what this product is.  It has a stepper motor that requires a stepper motor to control it.  Each step moves the stage about 5 microns.  So you can move it as little as 5 microns, or as much as the stage will allow.  If you want to move it 25mm, then you have to instruct the stepper motor controller to step it 25e-3/5e-6 = 5000 times.
