We love our water dispenser and use it daily! These replacement filters are essential for continued effective filtering of drinking water.Cost is fair given how long each filter lasts. Although it’s difficult to assess longevity since the dispenser does not have a change filter indicator.The filter fit the model water dispenser I purchased here on Amazon. Functions as expected.No issues with fit or size and filter replacement was a speedy swap out.I set this to subscription delivery every 6 months.

These filters work and in conjunction with the Waterdrop filters, produce excellent water.Changing the filters out required quite a bit of hand strength, especially being able to pinch both tabs and simultaneously push the unit out. I didn’t have this strength and dexterity, so I had to try multiple workarounds. Ultimately, I was able to push in each side with a chopstick and work the unit out.After that, don’t forget to run water through the filter to flush the system, and you’re back to amazing water!

This is a great countertop solution. The filters last a long time and are not overpriced. Easy to charge when needed. Looks good on the countertop.I finally had one issue with the unit that I could not resolve. It was past the guarantee period. Their team, led by Olivia C, graciously handled the situation to my complete satisfaction. Needless to say, I am very satisfied and am happy to recommend the product and their team. Perfect timing for my Christmas time off. Very gracious emails back and forth as well.....

UPDATEAfter writing the below review, I received an unsolicited response from Waterdrop customer support. The customer service representative, "Harper" was kind and very professional and asked what could they do to make my experience better? I didn't ask for anything in my review and just chalked it up to a faulty filter and hoped the next filter I used would be better, I didn't think there was anything that could be done, but I said the only thing that may be possible is to replace the filter, and without hesitation I was offered to have the filters replaced and a full refund. I was so amazed at this interaction I started thinking I was being scammed, but I wasn't. I received three new replacement filters and a full refund. I was already considering buying a new water dispenser before this experience, now I'm for sure going to buy a new one for my office at work and would recommend it to anyone for the customer service alone, but even before the recent issue with this filter my experience with the Waterdrop dispenser has been nothing short of great.----------------------------------------------------I'm really disappointed with this purchase. I've bought these filters before but for some reason the water doesn't taste any different or better. At first I didn't think I installed it correctly, but I flushed the filter and saw the excess charcoal run out, I flushed the filter several times and the still tastes bad. Hoping the other filters are better.

Cheaper on Amazon than on the WaterDrop web page. I contacted customer support at Waterdrop and they never offered to honor the same price showed in Amazon nor to offer help with it. Wasted 1 week back and forth with them for nothing....sad
