Keeping it simple
The ease of use, simple washing method of the mop, price value and durability did not have to re-convince. The cloth picks up the dirt and grime very well. One can twists it into corners and glide it along baseboards. The material rinses effortless in the bucket. The plastic wring attachment quickly allows for thorough wringing, therefore eliminating the 'wet mop' problem.

Best mop handsdown
I’ve cleaned houses as my profession for over 10 years. This is the only mop bucket I will use and continue to use despite all the new styles they come out with. I have tried them all, but still always come back to this one. Just make sure it has the O cedar brand on it. I hope it is never discontinued!

Extremely poor customer service
We bought this mop system hoping it would be good and easy to use. Well the end of the mop would not screw in to the handle. Let me backup. All complaints had to go through o Cedar. We had to send a video of screwing the head into the handle. Then they sent us a $10.00 coupon to buy a new head. We went to about 8 stores and no one carried this head. Now hear me out. The stores we went to, the company insisted carried the mop heads. The closest store to use was 12 miles. I sent them message after message and they kept insisting we could find this mop head. Finally yesterday we bought a different brand and was going to trash the whole o Cedar. I told them that and asked they forward my message to the higher ups. Well now today after fighting this battle over a week they asked me to write in Black on the coupon, take a picture so they could send me a new head. Seriously, why couldn’t this have been done to start with?? I say stay away from OCedar!!!

Floors So Clean You Can Feel It
This mop and bucket set makes cleaning fast, easy, and actually satisfying. The microfiber cloths grab everything, and the wringer gets the mop just damp enough no puddles left behind. Leaves my floors super clean with way less effort. I’ve used fancy gadgets before, but this simple setup works better. Total game-changer for daily cleaning!
