Great energy supplement, many healthy benefits and good in smoothies!

This was recommended by my plastic surgeon for extra energy. Love it, but it does have a strong citrus flavor.

These energy packets aren’t bad. They do have a bit of a bitter taste so I’d recommend either drinking it quickly or mixing it into a fruit punch flavored beverage. They definitely give me a good boost of energy without a sugar crash.

I usually purchase this moringa from another company for a better price, but they don’t always have it in stock. I have continued to be a loyal user, and it’s worked great in the past. However I’ve noticed the taste has changed. It use to be sweeter and now has a bitter aftertaste. I can barely get it down, and makes it difficult to drink. Not sure if I’ll be able to continue drinking it.

First up, I won't comment on any of the purported health benefits of this supplement. Any claimed health benefits are of course outside the bounds on my ability to assess such claims. This power comes in well sealed sachets. They are fresh and I mixed the powder with water as indicated. It mixes with water with a bit of effort and the result is fairly unpalatable. A grainy and bitter flavor comes through leaving trying to find something else to rinse my mouth with. This could of course be just my pallet, but I did not find the mixed power enjoyable in the least. I do understand that this is not intended as a pleasure drink but is intended as a supplement. If one desires to supplement with the contents of this powder, this may be a good choice. That's why I gave this product 3 stars. If is well made, fresh and sealed well. Not my cup of tea, but a good choice for those desirous of the ingredients.
