These are THE best trail running shoes I have ever owned. I have several pairs and I HATE that Nike, like all shoe manufacturers, change their product every year or two. The next version of these was NOT the same....tread was almost a street tread and the support, arch support and cushioning were not as good. I paid a little extra for these because they were so good! The support in these shoes was so good that I do not need my lifelong orthotics with them.

I have a three year old pair of these that are my favorites, but they are starting to get too worn out for anything but yard work, so it was time for a new pair. This is by far my favorite shoe for walking, running and light hiking. Very comfortable!

These are really comfortable shoes. I use them for rucking when I carry around my weighted bag for 5 miles or for about 1.5 hours. My feet stay comfortable even with the extra weight on my shoulders. Usually when I ruck I wear hiking boots and by the end of the workout, my feet are very sore. That doesnt happen in these because there is alot of cushioning. They are true to size and they are very light weight but seem rugged as well. The grip seems very decent. I really like the design and color of the shoe that I bought. Recommended!
