Momoya Kimchee Base 15z.

Been using this kimchee base since I was a kid. I eat it with almost everything. This time I made sweet potato noodles with it and cucumber salad. Came out delish.

Very good kimchi taste to me, not too spicy but just enough :) You can make it according to your likes on how much sauce to use. I made a gallon and am almost half way through it! Easy to use, just look up how to prepare whatever veggies you like, and it’s ready to eat :) Thank you to the makers, I have tried a few mixes and this is the closest to what I had growing up:) And it is easy on the pocket book, not like the tiny jars you get for 5 dollars, it made a gallon so far and I am halfway through the jar.

It’s authentic Japanese style kimchi base. While I have great respect for original Korean style, I also like less vinegar, less spicer and more savoy Japanese style. The base can make kimchi very quick like less than 30 min. Of course, it’s not homemade real fermented taste but good enough for the convenience. You can also use it for many recipes like salads to stir fries or even spicy soup base when you like to add spicy savory taste.

This stuff is awesome. Cut up a cucumber and pour this sauce on it. It is the right amount of flavor and the perfect amount of heat.

Pretty good , but does have a strong taste of the fish ingredients. Alot does go a long way. Mixed with a little of rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and minced garlic. Cuts down the time and less amounts to make your own sauce and Came out delicious.

Good to be used to make spicy poke

I used to buy this at a local Asian market years ago. But unfortunately that market closed years ago as well. Thankfully I was able to find this at Amazon a couple of years ago.
