Mens Shirt Stays Adjustable Elastic Military Garter Sock Clips

These are excellent, and I wear them almost every day. They’ve held up pristinely after 9 months of near daily use. I wear lots of suspenders, and it’s a lot harder to control my shirts blousing out the waistband without a belt on (no matter how well they fit my waist). These keep my shirts down, and also keep my socks from falling off their proper place at my calves. The adjustability is great for the varied length of some of my shirts and socks. I usually can’t even tell I’m wearing them. The clips make it quick and easy to use, and they haven’t harmed my shirts, but I am seeing that the tops of my socks have thread that look like they were snagged by the snaps. Beware that sitting to use the restroom is a touch more complicated. I found that putting my arms through the open triangle and lifting them over my shoulders kept everything tidy and didn’t impede functions.

A must for formal wear

These really work. They attach to shirts and socks easily, and the plastic on the latches prevents the material from being damaged. I've never had them come unattached. They are initially a bit tough to size, but once you get the perfect length they are easy to put on. Best of all, they work very well. It's really nice to simply adjust my belt and have my shirt automatically tuck back in for me. The only complaint is that they are not super comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I don't wear them all day -- just a few hours at a time. By then, I'm excited to take them off because the snap at the top of each sock normally has started to wear on my leg. If I had to wear them all day, I would look into covering the snaps some to prevent this irritation. There are no other comfort issues -- just at the top of the socks. In my opinion, this is a definite purchase for short term use and a maybe purchase for full eight-hour shifts.

I am 6'3" and wear slim fit suits and shirts. Extra long shirts in slim fit is a myth. So my shirts don't come down as much as I'd like. I have worn different types of shirt stays for 3 years now. I ordered a pair of these 2 years ago and they were ok, much more comfortable and easier to connect to the shirts than the other types I have tried. However the snaps on my first pair wouldn't grip the shirt strong enough to stay on the shirt. I ended up having to stictch extra material on my shirts where the snaps attached, not the best solution but it worked ok. After 18 months of wearing them 9 hrs a day for 5 days per week, I decided it was time for a new pair as one of the snaps broke. The new pair is a new generation with MUCH improved snaps. They work perfect!!

They performed exactly as designed and didn't slip. The clips are tight and may be a little difficult to get open. It's a good problem to have, though, as it ensures the function. They're incredibly stretchy, so they won't deny you a little give if you don't want a skintight look. No rubbing or chaffing. Overall, definitely recommend.

They worked well at first and did a good job keeping my socks and shirt in place, which made them pretty useful for work and dressing up. But after regular use about twice a week for a few years, the clips eventually quit working and wouldn’t hold anymore. The elastic also started to wear out around the same time. Overall they’re decent for the price, but don’t expect them to last forever or hold up to long-term daily use.

Really not bad for a low-cost shirt stay. Seemed to be comparable to another more expensive pair I got. The material quality is not as good as the more expensive pair, but they held well. Great if you're just trying shirt stays to see if you like them, or will probably not use them more than a couple times and don't want to waste money on them.

These “shirt garters” work well with the Class A EMS uniforms I wear for work. I bought two sets, so I’m wearing a set on the front and a set on the back. They have stayed durable over the past month of wearing them. They are a little long, and I have to fold my socks down just a bit and cinch up the bottom portion to take out all the slack, but it works fine. They take a little getting used to wearing as they will rub on your thighs and lower legs depending on where you fasten them. They are a lot sturdier than the shirt stays I used to by at the BX while in the USAF. Recommended.

Very good product. The size is adjustable and the shirt stay has plastic on it so the shirt isn't damaged. Doesn't feel much uncomfortable and you get used to it after an hour. Straps have good hold on shirt and doesn't lose the grip no matter if you sit, pray or run. Overall 10/10

This was indeed the difference maker in the attire. Helps to keep the shirt in place. No matter what you do ..the shirt stays. Only caveat is the the adjustment time needed to find the sweet spot length for your shirt and socks combo.. otherwise ...perfect.
