If you only want this for the seals or other parts it’s just ok. I do NOT recommend using the cam phasers. One of them fell apart within two days. Then we had to order OEM (at about $400 a piece) because these are absolute junk and because we replaced both of them when we got the set we had to buy two new ones. Had we known from the beginning they were junk we wouldn’t have replaced the one that wasn’t bad. If you’re going to include such an important part in a kit you should make sure it’s not total junk.

This kit is exactly what I needed to repair my 5.4 Triton motor I would be lying if I said it was easy to repair or replace. It is a good value for the money and all the parts you get are what good quality no complaints at all.

Really happy with this kit because it has the Variable Valve Timing "phasers" that advance the cams as speed increases. Old ones were gunked and that is despite regular oil changes - in high miles F150 truck. Kit had all we needed and since installing the truck has regained a lot of power and acceleration.
