DO NOT BUY THIS! The item is defective and the worst part is Amazon refuses to replace it saying it is a manufacturer issue and the manufacturer will give you a run around asking to record videos on why it is not working and then ship it to some distributor in New Delhi to verify why it is not working. It is a mess, stay away from this product and this seller and manufacturer. The Amazon rep dealing with the return was very rude and it was my first bad experience after almost 15 years of being an Amazon customer. Very Bad.

Customer service and support is amazing...
The adapter failed unexpectedly after just 9 days, leading me to believe it was a complete waste of money. But my concerns were quickly turned around. I reached out to the service center and was amazed by how fast they responded and resolved the problem. They promptly replaced the faulty adapter, and the replacement is working fine. Their product is good, but their customer service is truly outstanding—a fantastic example of how to handle problems. While the product is satisfactory, their prompt and amazing support is what truly earned this five-star rating.

The adaptor is working fine and as per the expectation till one year.
I needed this 12v 5A for crib to run it for hours. I got from one local shop which looked poor quality and it got burned within a few days.Than I bought this from Amazon. Though it was expensive then the offline, but the quality looks far better from the adaptor. It is working for more than the previous one's days.So far so good. Using this since Nov 2024 no issues at all. Very good product. Looks like someone is really solving the problem of low cost product everywhere(which does not last long and consumer ends up paying more with the headache).So after one year of use the final dc pin connection is loose now, my equipment stops working in between. Now I am in condition where adaptor is working but I can not use it.
