This brush was compatible with my V11 (no additional qualifiers) Dyson. And I found it fit in easily. However, when I first tried to run it, after a few seconds of loud spinning, the motor would seize up. Not ideal, but it has a happy ending. I disassembled it again, and this time made sure to wipe all dust away from any spinning parts, and added a drop of lubricant for good measure. When I put it back together the second time, the motor kept running. It was a little noisier at first, and small pieces were getting spat out of it. I’m not sure but I think the bristles may have been slightly too long for the housing, and needed to get filed down by it before it could spin easily. This might also be why the motor was seizing up the first time. However, after it ran for a few seconds like this, the noise dropped away, and the brush sounded basically identical to the old one it was replacing. I then tested the cleaning power in several rooms, and found it was doing a great job, with no more performance issues. My old brush had worn away most of the soft bristles, so the improvement was immediately noticeable. I don’t know if this would have been necessary with manufacturer replacement parts. Of course, you can’t get the OEM Dyson pieces inexpensively, which makes this a great option even if it took a little finagling. I will probably hold on to the old brush for a week or two *just in case*, but I think this will work out to be a great replacement, and hopefully will extend the life of my now 7 year old V11. 🤞

Fits perfectly and works. My old one the brush was already stripped and was not picking up the stuff on the floors. This new brush works just like original Dyson version.

Perfect fit, works better than the original, take the time to make sure you get the right size, I have the V10 cyclone but had to go with the V11 head. The pictures provided in the listing were super helpful
