It's a little louder than I thought it would be but it's pretty quick to make ice ( starts making ice in about 5 minutes) and I love the tiny size of the cubes. It's great for slushy drinks. Easy to use and easy to clean. Would definitely buy again.

I have bought two of these ice makers. I loved the first one! The first one, two years old, is working great. The second one died ONE DAY before its warranty expired! I was trying to decide between an open box model, or a different brand entirely, and happened upon all the reviews here, several of which mentioned excellent customer service for replacement. I had to call, because the web form was not working. After a few basic questions, they sent me an email, and I attached a 15 second video of it not working, and a couple days later received word that my replacement was on the way, and then I received it about a week after the original contact! AMAZING. I’m 100% loyal to this brand, now. What a great experience! Things I love: speed of making ice, being able to keep up with a reasonable amount of ice in an evening, the ice itself is so much better than cubes!

So I got bz with life and after I bought it July 7 I finally decided to plug it in and to my surprise, even though it sat upright it just makes noise but never puts out ice. It's now Sept 22. I tried the cleaning function and water comes out the middle like the ice is supposed to but out the top left as well. LESSON is to plug in right away else Amazon won't take it back or replace and neither will the company if you bought it from Amazon. 200 bucks down the drain!!

I’ve had this for almost a month. It works perfectly and love the Sonic ice. I do find I’m filling it a lot. It makes enough ice to fill a 30oz tumbler. The ice will melt if not used right away. Although it just remakes ice. I don’t consider it noisy.

Grabbed this nugget ice maker for my wife last Christmas and it was a hit. She used to make special trips just for that chewable gas station ice—now it’s right at our fingertips. The ice comes out perfectly soft and crunchy, exactly how she likes it. Runs a little louder than i was prepared for but not a deal breaker. Setup was quick, and the self-cleaning feature keeps things low-maintenance. Definitely one of those gifts that earns appreciation every day.

This is my second on that I have purchased. I love the speed, capacity and quality of the nugget ice. What I dislike about this one is that it’s a little on the loud side. This is a great product. Great value. I just wish it was quieter.

I've had this ice maker since 4/2024, nearly 1.5 years, and it's still performing well with sharp-edged ice - using Britta filtered water & cleaned once a month with citric acid. The designs solid, just ensure you do the maintenance. This is one of those products with few clear winners, but my instincts were correct, this is the one.

This has been a great purchase. We had a more expensive brand initially and when it stopped working I didn’t want to pay hundreds of dollars again. This one is smaller but it’s actually better for counter space. The ice is perfect. Chewy but stays formed when in a drink. It doesn’t have a very big water reservoir so it has to be refilled frequently but that’s not a make or break for me. I’m very happy with this purchase.
